ABOUT CRAIG

Craig Bryan was born with cerebral palsy on his left side and had to wear leg braces until age 9. Once he got out of the braces, his father, an avid weightlifter and martial artist, got him started in fitness and exercise. In order to have equipment readily available, he turned his garage into a weight room. Having spent 9 years in braces, he was motivated to work longer and harder to

overcome his limitations.

Craig was also bullied by some of the classmates he grew up with, which helped strengthen his resolve to get better and stronger. His father had him doing deep knee bends (squats) and hopping on each foot. By the age of 12, he was able to do 1500 deep knee bends and hop 500 times on each foot nonstop. It was at this time that his father built his first health club, which further strengthened his attachment to the fitness industry.

While exploring different career options Craig taught H.S. Biology. He then spent time working around a world renowned orthopedic trauma surgeon, witnessing what can happen if you don’t take care of your body and exercise properly. He saw several surgeries each day which allowed him to see what people unknowingly did to their bodies. This set him on a path to learn what to do to help change people’s lifestyle habits.

Craig also spent time working in the vitamin and supplement industry. While doing this, he started helping people with exercise and nutritional needs. He was able to learn firsthand how products were made and what makes a good product. After realizing there was a need for better quality supplements, he developed the Performance Zone line of products; a small, but high quality line of effective products. He continues to research for the next effective high quality product to improve his client’s lives. He is very knowledgeable about many of the products available and can provide valuable information to help his clients make smart choices.
