Consistancy With Your Workout
You’re super tired and on the way to the gym thinking maybe I should blow it off for today. But remember, even a half-assed workout is far superior to a skipped workout. A small amount of progress or just backsliding by skipping is the difference in being consistent. You’re on a journey, you have a plan, stick to the plan. Sometimes you may have to miss a workout so the next time you hit the gym, do the workout you missed and the one on the schedule. You’re going to combine the two workouts and do half of the sets of each workout. It may not be the best workout of your life, but it‘s great damage control and your progress keeps moving forward. The more consistently you train, the more gains you will make!
