Just how hard is it to get fit and strong

Compared to avoiding it altogether which what is what most people do

You need a strategy to get lean and healthy

The first step is to get moving to get fit

Most people work their ass off to avoid training

As a trainer I've had that client. Unfortunately, he passed away because he avoided doing everything.

Question is

Is it your belief that you can't?

You tell yourself over and over I can't do it I can't get motivated?

I can't stop eating bad food

You will eventually believe that story

The old saying tell a lie long enough and loud enough, and you and others will think it true

The thing that keeps you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself

time to change the story

No more telling yourself, you can't do it

My father told me can't never did anything

So do it again and do ten more

What do you want your story to be

Time to get out of your comfort zone

What are you willing to tolerate in your life

You become what you believe you can be

Time become what you believe you can be
