BE BOLD DON’T USE THE WORD “BUT”

We have enough “buts” in our life

I was listening to a talk by Dr. Kevin Elko about our use of the word “but”

Like self-talk with the word “but” it

I want to “but”

I need to and I would feel better “but”

I know I need to go to the gym “but”

I don’t have time “but”

When it comes to working on fitness, we seem to have a lot of self-doubt it’s that “but” factor

Dr. Elko said neurons that fire together wire together

Know who you are if you think your failure you are

DON’T BE A “BUT”

IMAGINE – BELIEVE – MANAFEST

Picture in your mind where you want to be

To be fit, lose weight, be more mobile, fit into that dress you’ve been admiring

Whatever it is you have to visualize and see it in your mind
